Frank Ocean Comes Out The Closet!

R&B singer Frank Ocean previewed his debut album Channel Orange for the London Press and critics caught the bisexual undertones in his songs Bad Religion, Pink Matter and Forrest Gump! In these songs he is singing about being in love but in the parts where a heterosexual man would say “her” he says “him.” Ocean is definitely breaking all the “rules” in the Hip Hop culture but at least he is not ashamed. People loved his music before they knew his preference hopefully they will continue to now that they know. At the end of the day it’s about the MUSIC not the artists personal life, but some people do not know how to separate the two.

Chris Brown And Drake Bloody Brawl Over Rihanna At NYC Night Club!

Recently Chris Brown and Drake have had a war of words over singer Rihanna since the both of them have dealt with her on a romantic level. Last night the situation escalated at a the NYC nightclub “WiP Greenhouse,” when people from Drake’s camp began to throw bottles at Chris Brown and his camp.

All the stories of Drake punching Chris in the face and hitting him with a bottle is false because he never got close enough to do any of those things, Chris face was cut by all the glass breaking up around him. Rumors say that Meek Mill instigated the whole thing!

Meek Mill must of found all of this funny and tweeted:

“It wasn’t me…. (shaggy voice) lol”

He also posted this tweegram:

I don’t know what’s going on but Drake needs to get it together and Take Care because there was no reason to start throwing bottles and Meek Mill needs to stop instigating! This had to be set up! Smh.

Rest In Peace to the Queen of Disco Donna Summers. Summers was a five-time Grammy Award winner, the first artist to have three consecutive double albums reach number one on the US Billboard chart, and she also charted four number-one singles in the U.S. within a 13-month period.

The Lord called Donna Summers (63) home this morning May 17, 2012 in her Florida home after a long battle with Cancer. She will truly be missed. We loved to love you Donna.

R.I.P. Whitney Elizabeth Houston

(August 9, 1963 – February 11, 2012)

We lost an icon Saturday afternoon on February 11, 2012. Whitney was a singer, actress, producer, model and trendsetter. She was awarded two Emmy Awards, six Grammy awards, 30 Billboard Music Awards, and 22 American Music Awards, among a total of 415 career awards in her lifetime. Houston was also one of the world’s best selling music artists, having sold over 170 million albums, singles and videos worldwide. This woman was FIERCE!

I still can not believe it but at least she is in a better place and at peace. We all know Whitney struggled with drugs and alcohol throughout the years and she has been making an effort to change and revamp her career. She was working on the film “Sparkle” which would have been Ms. Houston’s major comeback, but the film is still set for release sometime in August and we will get to see how wonderful she really was.

My prayers go out to her family and close friends, especially her only child Bobbi Kristina who was taken the hospital for stress twice this weekend after hearing the news.

Whitney your fans “Will always love you” and you will forever live on through your music!
