Harlem’s Trap Lord A$AP Ferg is back with his new video “Work” (remix) which he dropped last week featuring A$AP Rocky, French Montana, Trinidad James & SchoolBoy Q.I’m definitely feeling this video especially since he is showing a lot of love and dope visuals of our hood #Respect keep doing your thing!
Knocka(Former friend of A$AP Rocky) released a diss track towards A$AP Rocky a few days ago titled, “Keeping It Real.” To my knowledge the two use to be friends and once Rocky got signed he gave Knocka his ass to kiss. Knocka made this track to expose Rocky and how fake he is as a person, as well as show that he is a threat to Rocky’s career. I will not take a side because for all we know Knocka could be a “well wishing, friendly acting, envy hiding snake” and when Rocky realized he cut him loose with good reason. I’m not trying to put Rocky on a pedal stool because Knocka could be telling the truth but I still don’t think he needed to make this public because it seems as if he wants attention and to try and end Rocky’s career which is a bitch move. If he really wanted him to know how he felt he could of just told him and kept it moving. Putting someone else down for your own gain is never okay. Shout out to the lames who are going to hop on the bandwagon and all of the sudden hate A$AP Rocky because of what his ex-friend says, if you don’t know the facts stay out of it and just enjoy the music if you’re a fan!
Check out Swizz Beatz featuring A$AP Rocky on his new single, “Street Knock” this track definitely goes hard I can’t wait to see the actual video when it drops! Below are a few pictures of A$AP Rocky and some of the A$AP MOBwith Swizz Beatz, Jadakiss andcomedian Spanky Hayes at the video shoot!
A$AP Rocky Calls Some XXL Freshmen “Corny As Fuck”
by Steven J. Horowitz
A$AP Rocky also says he hopes to release his debut album on July 4th.
After XXL magazine’s Freshmen 2012 list dropped, readers questioned why A$AP Rocky was missing from the lineup. During an interview with Fuse, the Harlem, New York rapper said that he was on the list at first but was too busy to make the photo shoot. But things took a turn for the controversial when he addressed the final lineup, calling some of the picks “corny as fuck.”
“I was on the list. I was touring and stuff. It just didn’t work out. I got love for everybody,” he said. “I think a lot of the motherfuckers on the list are corny as fuck. Shout out to Danny Brown. I think a few people on there are eligible for it, and they deserve to be on that cover.”
A$AP also said that he’s working on an A$AP Mob mixtape due for release in May, with his album slated for July. He hopes to release his album, Long.Live.A$AP, on July 4th, with plans to include production from A$AP Ty Beats, Clams Casino, Beautiful Lou, SpaceGhostPurrp and Pharrell.
